Summary: Started with a good experience at check in with friendly and helpful staff. The lobby area was very clean and inviting. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. Everything was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Easy to find parking.

Summary: Absolutely get the balcony room. It made our experience great. The property was inviting especially the great room off the lobby where you eat breakfast. It had giant windows overlooking the lake. It was a great way to start your day. I loved this property but the AC in our particular room was loud for me. I would not let that deter you from staying here.

Summary: Great location to use as a base to see the Lake Placid /Adirondack area. Friendly staff, clean multipurpose breakfast area and nice outdoor patio with adequate seating to enjoy the evening sunsets. I’d stay there again. Be aware that a lake view room doesn’t necessarily mean a lake view due to tree growth if that’s an important part of booking a room with a balcony to you.

Summary: This hotel was lovely! Perfect location, with gorgeous views of Mirror Lake. Breakfast was good and rooms were spacious and clean. Nice to have free parking and laundry room. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful views of Mirror Lake from front side of hotel. We really enjoyed the balcony. Hotel was clean & the eating area is very pretty, with more views of the lake. We really appreciated being able to walk to Main Street restaurants & shops & were thankful we didn't have to drive or try to find parking. Pool was decent, hot tub as well.

Summary: We were 100% pleased with everything about the hotel and what a nice hot breakfast was served daily. The room had all the amenities and the view of Mirror Lake was lovely. We absolutely recommend it.
